Rising Star Gymnastics
Our recreational gymnastics program is based on the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program as well as over 70 years of combined experience teaching gymnastics to kids! This program is designed to provide a non-competitive, achievement-oriented program of progressive skills, conditioning and flexibility. Whether kids are brand new to gymnastics or experienced gymnasts, there is a place for each of them in our recreational gymnastics program!
Which class?
Brand new? Red Stars is for you! In red stars, kids begin learning fundamental gymnastics skills on valut, bars, beam, and floor.
Previous experience? Call today to discuss which level may be best. A quick (free) evaluation at our facility is usually our best indicator!
Classes are offered Monday-Saturday and grouped by skill level AND grade level. This ensures familys have class options that fit into busy schedules and students are among their peers!
Progressive Class Levels:
(Beginning -> most advanced recreational class)
Red Stars-> Blue Stars-> Bronze Stars-> Silver Stars-> Gold Stars
Please note: No loose or baggy clothing - No food or drinks in the gym
No jewelry - Please leave valuables at home - No gum in the facility
What to Wear to Class: Girls wear a leotard. Boys should wear a T-shirt and gym shorts. Long hair must be out of the face (a pony tail or loose bun is usually best) but no metal clips please. Kids are bare foot while in class.
